ROSTERING - STAFF LOGIN/REPORTS ACCESS:
IMPORTANT: The way you put together the roster of your students/teachers/classes/school(s) determines the way your reports look. Data into the roster template equals students’ reports out. Students can be tied to multiple teachers and classes so that each teacher that you want to be able to view MAP results for the students they teach can login and access MAP Growth reports. This may include Interventionists, SpEd, Title, etc. Teachers can/should be tied to their multiple classes of students so they can pull up reports for each of their class periods. The way you organize your roster will allow MAP Growth results to be viewed as you would like to see them.
- Roster Imports via IMPORT PROFILES/ROSTERING:
- Use the “Start New Import” button to import a completed roster file saved in .CSV format with the first row text exactly matching the original template.
- Be sure to keep the default selections for roster type (Standard) and “Standard – Add/Update”. (DON’T use the Add/Update Students Only or Add/Update Instructors Only option as these options do not connect your teachers/classes/students.)
- Student Middle Names must be included. NADs must be used for Instructor IDs and Student IDs
- Use the “Start New Import” button to import a completed roster file saved in .CSV format with the first row text exactly matching the original template.
- Give Proctors permission/logins to administer tests. This can be done:
- In bulk:
Use the Additional Users tab in the roster file template; populate staff details and “Yes” in the School Proctor or District Proctor column and import your .CSV file to Import Profiles/Rostering>Additional Users
